上世纪90年代末东北爆发大规模下岗潮，女性失业尤为严重。很多女人听说当法国保姆能赚钱，便不惜背上巨债出国。到巴黎后发现求生无路，只好去“站街”。比利时导演奥利维耶偶然遇到她们，进行了长期调查，并找到王小帅任监制，以此拍摄出电影《下海》。。本劇描述居住在台灣的外籍移工故事。越南男人黎文誠為了家鄉的父母妻子，來到台灣、登上了漁船，成了台灣的漁工，狹仄的船艙裡頭還擠著另外兩個同樣來自越南的漁工阿海、昌文。文誠和阿海臭味相投，成為好友，也是受到排擠欺負時，互吐苦水的難兄難弟。。An event planning agency must deal with the challenges and complications in organizing a memorable event.
