本作は江ノ電のとある駅で男女が出会ったことをきっかけに、封印されていた“ミステリーの歯車”が動き出すさまを描く家族と絆の物語。小さな造船所で働く永居タケルは、彼の姿を見て激しく動揺する女子大生・鈴木千波に駅で話し掛けられる。やがて恋人同士になっても彼を両親に会わせようとしない千波と、その理由を知って衝撃を受けるタケル。そして2人はそれぞれの忘れられぬ過去から新たな一歩を踏み出すことになる。。During the cold and rainy off-season a man arrives in a seaside town and, giving his name only as Pierre, checks into the only hotel which remains open. His arrival arouses curiosity and a degree of suspicion, as people note that he appears to know the area, yet gives no explanation for his presence at that bleak time of year in the dead-end town.。
