公安局接A市土产进出囗公司报案，该公司从B国进口的500万美元烟草系假冒伪劣产品，此事检察机关已经介入。刑警队长钟诚（巫刚 饰）和郭超（朱雷 饰）立即投入侦破，他们首先抓获携款外逃的进出口公司业务主任张广仁（王绍光 饰），受伤的张广仁在医院遭人注射毒液，另一嫌疑人尤小龙（梁山 饰）博斗中负伤逃走。次日，警方发现尤已被人杀死在港商冯爱华（尤丽华 饰）为中方承办人购买的别墅中。张妻供述，数月前一神秘女郎曾贿赂过张广仁。根据描述，钟诚在夜总会的模特中发现了自己昔日的恋人凌云（郑爽 饰）与其相向。张广仁妻子不久遇害，钟诚约凌云情人桥相见，警犬看到凌云后，不顾一切扑了上去......。元朝末年，天下大乱。朱元璋自幼父母双亡，沦为乞丐，后又遁入空门。他走投无路，参加了义军，从此南征北战，一步步走上了中国历史的舞台。
