1949年10月，新中国刚成立不久，百废待兴，各行各业急需人才建设。为了更好发展国家建设，中国高层特别派出一批专家搭乘专列前往苏联学习。 一伙海外敌特“教主”组织闻讯秘密训练一批特工，企图阻止肩负建国重任的专家搭载的专列出境，妄想将新中国的建设美梦扼杀于摇蓝中。 一场敌暗我明的拉锯战就此展开……。Qwerty is a film about lonely concepts of people and their quirky exploits.
