灰太狼发明的基因枪意外打中红太狼。醒来后的红太狼不但失去记忆，还将懒羊羊当成自己的亲生儿子，并成为羊村“妈妈侠”。小灰灰为了找回妈妈，在懒羊羊的帮助下做出各种美食，最终成功用美食唤醒了妈妈的记忆。。琛仔（古天乐饰）、紫少（雷宇扬饰）和长发（丁子峻饰）是广播台灵异节目的当红主持人。老板（谷德昭饰）为达收听率不择手段，没有告知三人当年有人因为作该节目暴毙的事。
一日三人夜晚作节目时接到一个名叫Anita（李蕙敏饰）的少女打来的电话，诉说痛失男友的痛苦。不耐烦的长发让Anita想不开就去跳楼，结果Anita就范。
