马修曾与马达合称天下第一侦探组合，一同在大理寺任职，抓获无数凶犯，却始终未能抓到‘金国第一杀手’。这一次，收到了一个神秘邀请，马修同捕快童九郎一起来到千里秋风山庄，破解‘金国的宝藏’谜案。同样被邀来的还有：醉酒断案闻名庆国的第一高手白堕、玄学探案专家老蛊牙、摩登楼当家头牌苏芩、神秘探手好运来以及庆国有名酒家老板娘春风。所有人都对当年千里秋风山庄被一夜屠庄的事情颇为好奇，更为传说中的宝藏蠢蠢欲动。随着雇主的显身，此行的目的也逐渐揭露。等待众人的却是一场精心设计下的毒杀事件……。Brother's Blood takes place on the mean streets of a city in decay, where a recently released convict begins to take murderous revenge against his childhood friends, whom he believes let him take the fall for a crime they collectively committed.
