On the other, irresponsible unconscious ...。王乔是瑞思拜集团的未来接班人，阴差阳错进入旗下的喜悦影视成为一名实习生。喜悦影视因常年业绩不佳，面临被裁撤的命运。危急存亡关头，王乔决心在实习生的岗位上与众人一道做出令瑞思拜集团收回成命的业绩。。信心满满的启明来到大湾区，本以为凭借自己以往的经验和阅历可以迅速打开局面。不料像他这样履历的人才在大湾区比比皆是，又因为语言环境的问题，求职屡屡受挫。正当他迷惘，想放弃的时候，遇到了几个志同道合的小伙伴，他们五个人虽然性格不同，身份不同，但都对未来充满期待。在交谈中，启明觉得他们五个人的能力与性格刚好互补，可以一起创业。于是，在启明的带领下组建了启明星，立志要打破传统思维，将它打造成最符合当下消费者心理的知名营销公司。。
