《新宿天鹅2》的故事舞台随着同名漫画续作发展，搬到了日本横滨上演。男主角白鸟龙彦（绫野刚饰）将与浅野忠信所饰演的“横滨巫师”社长泷正树正面对抗，在漫画中，泷正树是“新宿天鹅史上最恐怖的敌人”，这个角色，由怪咖影帝浅野忠信来演绎简直再合适不过。。民國68年冬季宵禁，美麗島事件的圍捕仍在進行。河邊一處境外之地，好奇心驅使少年尾隨一名神秘青年，兩人在廢棄小屋交換了恐懼與信任。而後少年被疑似警察的男子帶走，青年卻選擇視而不見。。Hamburg in the mid-1990s: following a breakdown and a stay in a psychiatric ward, Charly Schmidt lives in assisted accommodation in Hamburg.
