梓（夏川結衣饰）在继承父亲留下来的一套郊外别墅后，和丈夫欧太郎（ユースケ．サンタマリア饰）、婆婆（梶芽衣子饰）、女儿鈴（山田夏海饰）举家迁居。梓发现新的住宅区和邻居们身上充满了诡异的气味，还有诸多荒诞的规矩，让梓深感不安。
