该剧是2016年日剧《卖房子的女人》的续集，讲述天才不动产从业者三轩家万智顺利地把合适的房子卖给顾客的故事。。八坂真寻（喜多村英梨 配音）是一位单纯平凡的高中男生，某日，他在路上意外地遭遇到了不明生物的袭击，就在这生死存亡的危机时刻，一位银发少女从天而降，成功保护了真寻的性命。少女名叫奈亚子（阿澄佳奈 配音），据说来自外星球，奈亚子告诉真寻，自己是邪神化身，此次来到地球，正是为了保护真寻。
