林笑笑（张静初 饰）、潘芝芝（张歆艺 饰）和蔡春妮（秦岚 饰）是从小玩到大的好友，三人个性虽然迥异，友情上亦有着各种磕磕碰碰，但到底是相互扶持着一路走来的同伴，彼此之间友谊十分坚实。林笑笑固执死板的个性让她在职场和情场上都吃了大亏，不仅离了婚丢掉了工作，还必须独自肩负起抚养儿子的重任。
