本作で裁かれるのは桃太郎。鬼ヶ島に押し入り、持っていた刀で鬼たちを殺傷。財産を奪った強盗殺人の罪に問われる。証人として、殺された鬼の妻、桃太郎のおばあさん、桃太郎といっしょに鬼を襲った犬が出廷。桃から生まれた桃太郎は何者か？鬼はなぜ鬼ヶ島に住んでいるのか？昔話の“空白部分”に解釈を加え、昔話の“その後”が、『JIN－仁－』や現在放送中の『天国と地獄～サイコな2人～』などで知られる森下佳子氏の脚本で展開される。。Yoo-ra suffers from nightmares every night. One day she meets her high school friends. Jin-tae is a promising artist, In-seok is a chaebol and former thug, Hye-jin likes In-seok, and Seong-ho, who used to be In-seok's errand boy, finally meet up.
