其实，水月一直暗暗的喜欢着孝之，在生日当天，她找到了正准备和凉宫遥约会的孝之，希望他能够送自己一枚戒指作为礼物。然而，当孝之告别水月来到约会地点时，等待着他的却是凉宫遥因车祸而陷入昏迷的噩耗。三年之后，凉宫遥从昏迷中苏醒了，可是她的记忆依旧停留在三年前出事的那一天，殊不知此时的孝之和水月早已经走到了一起。。
