电影讲述了长安城被一场突如其来的浓雾瞬间淹没，众人惊慌失措四处逃散。不良人萧城守护着孱弱太子，与平民一起被困，等待雾的消散。然而，浓雾并没有如期散开，而走进浓雾的人也一去不返，浓雾里惊天怪兽逐渐露出狰狞面目，萧城为守护长安，拼死一搏......。电影围绕从昏迷中醒来的徐震（麦亨利饰），发现林依娜（徐冬冬饰）等一行人均被囚禁过相同的铁箱之中展开。众人对于为何被抓至此完全摸不着头脑，带着疑惑的一群人，在面临着各种危机与异兽威胁的荒野丛林中不仅要奋力与效兽作斗争，还要拼命寻求方法离开，在逃生的过程中不断有人丧命于效兽的血盆大口中....。Set against the world of a major drug cartel bust, the series follows two low-level cops who have spent far too much time in a car together| two criminals who are largely kept in the dark| two dispatch workers who haven't really clicked| and two Mexican tunnelers who are in way too small a space considering they've only just met.。
