1970年代中期，海滨城市东港。侦察科长钟垒（达式常 饰）接到报案，船厂工程师黄振颐（朱上海 饰）所携军工图纸遭劫。列车上，嫌疑人孟德宝（周嘉陵 饰）被微型炸弹灭囗，从其遗物中发现敌联系线索，知获敌人的行动目标是我海军新型舰艇设计图。此刻，为外国专家伊凡诺夫（于飞 饰）做过翻译的夏芸（朱曼芳 饰）突然精神失常，而在黄振颐藏图纸的办公室门囗又发现了夏芸的鞋印。钟垒感觉到敌人在嫁祸他人，通过侦察发现，退休在家的高文（高博 饰）有很大嫌疑，夏芸也向钟垒道出原委，原来她曾误食了伊凡诺夫在咖啡中洒下的致幻药品，导致精神出现问题。钟垒感觉收网的时及到了......。It was a fateful coincidence that in 2014, just when the Allard Pierson Museum in Amsterdam was staging an exhibition of Crimean artworks, Russia annexed the region. So now the question arises of who should the artworks be returned to? To the museums in Crimea who had been so kind as to loan them out? Or to Ukraine, perhaps, the country Crimea belonged to before the annexation?...。
