Arzé, a single mother, takes her teenage son on a journey across sectarian Beirut in search of their stolen scooter, their only source of livelihood.。It tells the story of Quawntay "Bosco" Adams who is sentenced to 35 years for attempted possession of marijuana. Adams miraculously escaped with the help of an older woman he met through a lonely-hearts ad.。本片根据曾在亚特兰大、悉尼、雅典以及北京等多届残奥会上获得多枚个人、团体金牌的，被誉为港版“阿甘”的香港运动员苏桦伟的真人真事改编，成年后的苏桦伟一角由他本人饰演。
苏桦伟自小患有眼黄疸病，成长中又罹患弱听、痉挛症等病，大脑与手脚极难协调，父（张国柱）、母（潘虹）很是担心他的未来，但他十分热爱跑步。十岁时，苏桦伟遇到义务执教香港残疾田径运动员的潘健吕，命运得以改变。他实现自我飞跃的背后，有正常人难以想象和付出的艰辛。。
