此為TV版動畫第三部，從1997年4月4日至1997年9月26日放映，全26話。 此作完全脫離原作，為動畫原創故事，原創的角色也很多。由於是動畫原創，部分設定和原作設定相矛盾，並且原本的主角：莉娜等人的存在變成了半個旁觀者。故事走向太過於沉重路線，和原作原本的作風相距甚遠，所以沒有受到與前二作相等的評價。。该剧讲述了美食主播辣小小意外到大齐朝，在开店创业过程中发生的一系列故事。辣小小后逐渐继承了同名同姓的原主记忆，从开局被陷害到一步步摆脱危机，险象环生，携手固执耿直的百草堂少主墨云城，脱胎换骨完成逆袭。。Not long after John Chambers and his family arrive at their new home in a small country town of Pennsylvania, John begins to experience sleep paralysis.
