17岁少女神原骏河（泽城美雪 饰）拥有与众不同的人生经历，童年时代她从亡母手中接过能够帮助人实现三个愿望的猿猴之手。据说只要向猿猴之手祈愿，甚至可以改变看似不可逆转的命运，但是许愿的人也将付出巨大的代价。在前辈阿良良木历（神谷浩史 饰）的帮助下，猿猴之手最终依附在骏河的左手上，她不得不每日缠着绷带掩盖不平凡的一切。这个春天，骏河成为三年级的学生了。而就在此时，学校内外关于“恶魔大人”的传言甚嚣尘上。觉察到异样的骏河展开调查，谁知却遭遇了毕生无法忘却的宿敌……
